Dr HK Pradhan
Dr HK Pradhan has been Professor of Finance and Economics at XLRI, Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, with over 35 years of experience in teaching, research, and consulting. He has a master from the Utkal University, an M Phil & Ph.D. from the University of Pune and a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Columbia University Business School, New York. He is a member of the Board of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Dr Pradhan is presently Director on Boards of the Clearing Corporation of India Ltd., the State Bank of India-DFHI Limited and the YES Mutual Fund Trustee Board, Mumbai.
He served as the Chairman, The Indian Commodity Exchange(ICEX), Mumbai, member of the RBI Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Financial Markets, Director of the SBI Mutual Fund,Board member of Micro Credit Rating International Ltd, member of the Index & Option Committee of the National Commodity and Derivative Exchange (NCDEX).
He worked as the Pacific Regional Advisor for the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, while serving concurrently as the Resident Debt Advisor with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Fiji Islands, during 2005-2007. He provided extensive consultancy in debt management for several Commonwealth developing countries He is an expert for the United Nations in the Finance for Development(FfD) initiative, drafted the Doha Development Agenda (2008), consultant to the Asian Development Bank on Indian Municipal Bond, and to the Crown Agents, London, on sub-national debt management.
He has extensive academic visits to several Universities such as Columbia Business School(1999-2000), University of Bonn(Summer of 1998), and Institute for Mathematics and its Applications (IMA) of the University of Minnesota (March 2004).
Dr Pradhan has extensively researched and published in high quality journals in securities market, asset pricing, mutual funds and SME and microfinance, and exchange rates. His teaching interests include debt markets and their derivatives, International finance, financial risk management and securities markets.
Dr. Malcolm Athaide
Dr. Malcolm Athaide is the cofounder and CEO of Agrim Housing Finance Private Ltd, a fintech company that provides Machine Learning based home loans to lower income group customers in 10 minutes. Agrim Housing Finance is an RBI approved housing finance company dedicated to service of the informal, self-employed urban middle class. As home loan experts, the company is committed to fulfill the dreams of homeownership of those who yearn to have a roof over their heads to call their own with the dignity they deserve.
Dr Athaide has 23 years-experience in Banking and Financial services having worked earlier as Chief Advisor for the National Stock Exchange Early Warning Distress Prediction ML algorithms, with Yes Bank as Chief Risk Control Officer and Head – Data Analytics& BI, Standard Chartered Bank as Head of SME and Retail Credit and ICICI Bank as Chief Manager- Mortgages.
Dr Athaide has done his doctoral studies from XLRI and has written a number of papers on Hedonic models, Bitcoins and Information Asymmetry and Microlending in Cat A research papers.
Indrani Saha
Indrani Saha, AVP Cognizant Solutions, has more than 26 years of experience in Architecture Definition & Assessment, System Design, and Realizatdion of large and complex IT systems in Banking & Financial Services Domain across the globe.
She has spent initial nine exciting years of her career with Tata Consultancy Services , as part of firms’s universal financial product suite development team, known as TCS BaNCS. She joined Cognizant back in 2004 as part of BFS Business Unit.
She started her journey in exploring the world of Blockchain 6 years back. Her charter includes exploration of new frameworks emerging in Blockchain/Distributed Ledger space, solving business problem with this collaborative and connected network technology and leading enterprise grade solution adoption for customers.
She completed her master’s degree in Electronics Engineering with specialisation in Computer Science from Jadavpur University, after graduating from Bengal Engineering college.
Dr. Achintan Bhattacharya
Dr. Achintan Bhattacharya is the former Director at National Institute of Bank Management, Pune, and National Insurance Academy, Pune. He is a former Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance Government of India. Subsequently, he has served as the Director of the Bandhan School of Development Management, and is now an Advisory Consultant.
He has been an academic administrator engaged in building training institutions, faculty development, and process building. Academic interest covers a wide range from teaching in economics , leadership, banking, microfinance, public policy and Indology.
He has a Masters in Economics from Calcutta University, Bachelor of Law from Delhi University and a Ph.D from University of Agra.

David Lundgren
Dave Lundgren, CMT, CFA is a 30-year investment industry veteran, with a focus on technical analysis strategies, particularly momentum and trend following.
He has held both analyst and portfolio manager positions at several major investment firms, including Wellington Management, Fidelity Investments, and Thomson Financial. In addition, David has started several research and investment firms, including Lundgren Financial Services, Breakaway Research, and hedge fund Lyceum Capital.
David also taught a graduate level Technical Analysis course at Brandeis International Business School, in Waltham, Ma., where he was honored to receive the 2015 Excellence in Teaching Award in his first year. David is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a member of the CFA Institute. He is also a Chartered Market Technician (CMT), and serves on the CMT Association’s board of directors. He recently launched the “Fill the Gap” podcast for the CMT Association.
Prosenjit Aich

Prosenjit Aich is the Head of Industry for Financial Services. He has also played the role of Sector Lead for the Integrated Solutions sector, US markets (including Financial Services), Travel, Health Care and Pharmaceutical industries.
Prosenjit brings together an intersection of having led large sales P&l roles and having built ground-up, multiple products and partnerships. In his almost 20 years of work experience, he has worked across large global organizations including Barclays Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bank Plc and Google India. He has also built from scratch a digital start-up in Aditya Birla Group.
He has a postgraduate degree in management (MBA) from IIM Calcutta and is a graduate in Economics (BA Honours) from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
